The Herbal Medics are returning to the Judy Bonds Center for Appalachian Preservation in Naoma (the Coal River Mountain Watch office and community center) and the Salamy Building in Whitesville. Come get some herbal and nutritional counseling, and find out how herbs can help your body recover and heal! Our region has a deep history of herbal medicine. Part of the goal of the state-wide chapter of Herbal Medics is to help grow herbalism in Appalachia and to encourage others to pursue knowledge of our local plants and mushrooms.

You are encouraged to come by to learn and experience how herbal medicine can be used to help the body heal, partially or fully, from many health issues that we commonly face today.

Please email maureen@auroralights.org for more information. And during the week, don’t forget to….
